Home Buyers Report

New home-owners are required by law to provide a Home Buyers Report,
that includes up-to-date information about the property they have for sale. We
can provide this document for the seller or the buyer.

We will carry out an inspection of your roof and provide a detailed report
and a written quotation (if required) including photographs. The cost of this
report is only £65 and fully refundable should you instruct us to carry out
any repair work identified.
